Re: Yahoo Groups to be made useless.

It would just be better in the long term to move to another service as soon as possible. 
 Having multiple administrators/owners should be a definite "must have" on whatever the new service might be.
 
 I know there's a wealth of information on here, but it's possible to download it all and be made available for searching purposes only.

 

 I was able to get every single post downloaded from Yahoo, and I emailed (smaller volumes for testing) as posts into groups.io.  I was able to do it, but  the date/timestamps of the message were based upon the email...so it all got a bit screwy, and I came to conclusion it wasn't worth the trouble.  But getting every post into a text file for searching would be easy enough.
