"There ain't no such thing as a free lunch", which of course is full
of bad English, so don't take it as a reference for a proper English
sentence. ;) It is often abbreviated "TANSTAAFL".

There is much banter and discussion, but honestly, everyone is moving
to groups.io. This has been going on for years now, for dozens upon
dozens of mailing lists and "web forums" (puke) that are many orders of
magnitude larger than this one.
