Phase 6A handles the XREF, but calls Phase 00 (tamer) function for main storage.  I believe that a RC 9 is the fragmented memory issue. I'm out of town at the moment, so I can't check the source. Back tracking from the error and the call to TAMER would be a good place to start to see why it thinks memory is too fragmented. Sent from my T-Mobile 4G LTE Device
