Can you send me a scan of what IBM have
actually said? Just because it was made
freeware to certain people who ordered it
doesn't necessarily mean it is free of
copyright or that they are happy for it to
be distributed. I believe that is the case
though, but haven't seen anything in
writing.

I did scan the source code for copyright
notices, and the only mention I saw of
copyright was some modules that said
"copyright: none".
