You don't need to use DHCP, do you?  Just configure the interface(s) 
with static IP addresses.

Or you *might* be able to configure your DHCP server to always issue 
(reserve) the same IP address for particular MAC addresses. My LRT214 
can do this, but not all DHCP servers provide that capability,
