I agree with the fellow wearing a Koala and working with a roo as his
assistant and a wallaby as his support staff. Why not try MVS that we
use here for your efforts? The binaries that you do make work
_should_work_  (emphasis mine, but based on the list saying so, I've
never tried it out.) on an appropriate release of Z/OS. Now to obtain
a Z/PDT for the efforts, you'd need to join their development offices,
its pretty simple to do so, but I'm only involved in a non specific
way.

Paul you get to promote your intermediate platform four times this
month for free, after that you'll need to donate one dollar AUS to the
Koala relief service, whatever they are called each time you do next.
