I can;t answer find the answer for - except that machin was down for some time but not much Sometimes you have to hit enter to get the first screen in VM6 But if you didn't even get hercules it sounds like machine was down ----- that happens sometimes - but no often ANyway it's comng along fine - actuall have an editor working - Still don;t write to files but that easy. Tomorrow I hope to add INSERT and DELETE - and maybe COPY and then I'l put the edit version on the site it. (with or without the copy) My local response time is great - Thru the WEB I am not sure what you are getting. What are your thought about Upper case and Lower case. I can do a simulation of CAPS ON - I think assembler programmers would like that. You "C" guys would probably want CAPS OFF so you can play with the cases.
