The snapshot build is newer than the production release -
 
Pretty sure that that has nothing to do with this problem - This is more
VM/CP related
 
But if IVAN wake up to answer us - pretty sure he will tell us if he made
any changes there recently

Are you still using that old Hercules "snapshot" build?

Might /might not be the problem.

I think you should be using the current production release.
