Different models of device. So 3330 come as -1 and -11 and I seem to
remember there rules on which can be mounted on what..

Yes its there, (on CMS disks, VM generally refers to CP which doesn't have a
file system) but I think there is some smoke and mirrors some where as you
seem to be able to use "LIST" for either LISTDS and LISTFILE....

I would expect so, except there is only READ access to PDSs and many
utilities use the MVS varients of GETMAIN which are not supported by CMS.
(remember MVT macros only)

Well the "CMS" assembler is IFOX running under MVT/OS emulation., so its
both the MVS and the CMS assembler...
