There's online help, which under File Transfer / IND$file options shows all of the things you mentioned (I think .. I didn't check them all). You have to pass them as arguements (one time only) in the transfer / options / additional parameters field. (the parameters will be remembered from session to session) I just had to re-install Win XP, I'll take a look at what you've been up to with the IND$file Mike
