Yes, the same BREXX that comes in sixpack is
available on MVS 3.8j.

It was in fact the desire to port BREXX to both
VM and MVS that made PDPCLIB, and GCC too, what
it is today on MVS.

I don't use rexx myself, but it was its importance
to Dave Wade and Gerhard that played a crucial role.

BTW, on the subject of rexx blowing clist out of
the water - I can remember speaking to the people
at Netmaster and asking them why they didn't just
copy CLIST syntax instead of coming up with their 
truly horrible NCL language (which was the only
thing I have seen that is worse than Commodore 64
BASIC).
