Part of the z196 implementation are a number of major changes with 
regards to specification of the architecture level set.  Embedded within 
these changes is the capability to manually adjust STFL/STFLE bit 
settings.  I believe the code is already in the SVN.  It is intended for 
just such situations.  Obviously, if you enable a setting for which 
Hercules lacks support and the program attempts to use is it, 
unpredictable results may occur.
