If you want to wait for the next release, then patience is needed.  If 
you are willing to download the SVN or use a snapshot, the capability is 
already there.  The code being developed relates to dynamically 
adjusting the architecture level set.  The overall capability is still 
under development.  The part that allows STFLE bit manipulation, a 
config or console command, is there.  You will probably have to parse 
through the code or read some comments to know the syntax.  The 
documentation too is a work in progress.
