Correct: 010 is defined in DMKRIO as 3277 (model 2) and  it is the primary console.

Correct; the greatest 3277 was a model 3.

Partially correct; VM/370 rel 6 + SEPP supported full screen applications (for example the editor EDGAR, and the famous FULIST and BROWSE by Theo Alkela.)
In our SixPack VM/370  there's a full screen application (the fantastic GCIC editor written by Rocky) the works with a dialed terminal.
