Patch: compilation on 64-bit systems

Hello all

 I am sending a simple patch to include the correct header files in cursesterm.c and tn5250.c.
 That fixes compilation warnings (which lead to runtime segfaults) on 64-bit systems, or in general on systems where sizeof(int) != sizeof(void*).
 I used it on MacOs X 10.6.3 "Snow Leopard"; hope it's useful to other people too.
