Trouble Trying to install latest RPF

Hi All...

I am having problems with the built in RPF in turnkey (No matter what I do I
get Alloc errors while trying to edit existing files)

So I decided to try the latest version of RPF. I am following the instructions
at:

I devinit the rpfjcl file (which somehow got named rpf153 instead of rpfjcl.txt
do I need to change it back?)  Nothing seems to happen.

I don't get the job start line on the master console, I don't get the
line asking
me to mount the tape. nothing.

remember, I am that noob guy.

Another strange thing is my RDR device is
010C, not 000C as shown in the instructions.

I don't seem to have a 000C device.
