Mike, the only-slightly-less-noob here ;)

The job class in the JCL is 'S', you probably don't have any JES2
initators setup for that job class, the quickest solution is to change
the JCL job class  to 'A' (quickest as I don't know the command
off-hand to alter the initiator).

Someone will probably chime in with the command shortly (or as I type this) ;)
