The point I was trying to make is not if its hard or easy, but if it will 
have any effect at all. First I doubt that most people will understand you 
are giving an example. Even if you do I wonder if they will follow it. At 
least I don't know any case where a company followed this example. Usually 
when they released the code it was in their own interest...
