If you look down at the bottom, there is a button that says "Click here for more information". That will take you to transgaming.org/i18n/. The basic proceedure is get the .po file from the Point2Play version you'd like to translate /usr/lib/transgaming_point2play/p2p_localized_msg.po and if you have a new translation work from that. If there is an existing translation, then download the .po file for it through the transgaming.org page and use the msgmerge tool. You can then correct any mistakes in the merge and then add the new stuff. The Translation HowTo (which I attached to a previous email and is available through the downloads section) is more comprehensive.
