I don't think it works otherwise, at least for me. There's a couple of "gotchas" too. After rebuilding the kernel, be sure to remove any old cipcb.o from /lib/modules/; do a 'find /lib/modules -name cipcb.o' to see if there are duplicates. Gotcha #2: A header file may be incorrectly placed in '/'. I had to move it after running ./configure: mv -v /config.h /home/joe/downloads/cipe/cipe-linux/2.6.6-1.435custom-i386-cb/ -- Message sent by the [email protected] mailing list.
