Remove shm from build?

Hi All,

I'm working on an Android port. Its based upon the existing
target-linux-arm (IIRC).

Android does not use shm (it uses ashmem due to System V leaking
resources during the app's lifecycle).

Is there a way to configure cryptlib to omit shm?
