Re: Cryptlib fails to load a private key from an openpgp keyset

The key was generated by the Bouncy Castle library. We're probably not
using the latest version, so maybe this is fixed in newer versions. Kind of
difficult to verify this using testing though, since it only happens
occasionally. For now I'll just skip the validation in Cryptlib to get it
working.
