OK.  What I'll do for future releases is add some code to re-generate the RSA
u value if it's invalid.

Would it be possible to get a sample private key file generated that way (that
produces the CRYPT_ERROR_INVALID result) with, say, password = "test", userID
= "test"?  I can add that to the regression-test code to make sure that the
workaround for the problem functions correctly.
