SKS and subkey keyid indexing

The upcoming SKS 1.0.5 will (finally) have support for subkey keyid
indexing.  A pre-release version is now running on sks.dnsalias.net, and
is in need of testing.  So, anyone interested in having this feature
working correctly is encouraged to point their browsers at
http://sks.dnsalias.net and give it a try.  And please report any
problems you run into.
