Hm, why do you see this log is an error (tramu.citrin.ch is our mailserver).
If you stop sending incrementels to other, we still send the incrementels 
to you. In my logfile of Aug 25 we send about 485 to your server.

The logfile referencs this incremental as first entry:

 > Aug 25 09:34:07[...] id=<[email protected]>


which is:

e.g. a normal incremental

You will receive the same incremental multiple times because of the system 
pks use to distribute the incrementals. My server send the above 
incremental to about 18 servers while the incremental has just 3 
X-KeyServer-Sent. If all these 18 servers receive the incremental from my 
server first, the will distribute it to their syncsites. If you are 
syncsite of all these servers you will receive 18 dupes.
