Yes, I started with it some time ago ,
http://www.rediris.es/keyserver/graph.en.html , using
graphivz to plot the graph, but the it was made "by hand",
and It was difficult to mantain.
(if anyone want the "source file" it is at
http://www.rediris.es/keyserver/keyserver.dot

Also, for the new keyserver administrator (or the ones in
grey color), please use the link and send me the
information about which keyservers syncs with your to update
the information.

Which version of pksd are you running ?, (or perhaps I
miss some pksd.config option), but in my keyserver logs the
syncs message are:

Aug 22 01:29:55 gozer pksd[5138]: pksd: mail_req: request received from [email protected]: incremental
Aug 22 01:29:55 gozer pksd[5138]: pksd: kd_add: flags=100000
Aug 22 01:29:56 gozer pksd[5138]: pksd: kd_sync: completed successfully
Aug 22 01:29:56 gozer pksd[5138]: pksd: kd_add: completed successfully
Aug 22 01:29:56 gozer pksd[5138]: pksd: pks_post_incr: posted incremental to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

No information of the key updated and I thinks that I was
running pks without any patch from the source.
