OK, http://keys.se.linux.org:11371/ states:

  040918 - New Onion address: yod73zr3y6wnm2sw.onion
  040822 - Onion address: 3hiaswzzt6pm324m.onion. Note that you should use
  GnuPG to recieve or refresh keys, since the web interface is not on a
  Onion address.

but you now write the URL as x-hkp, so has it become usable with GPG?
That is, does "gpg --keyserver x-hkp://yod73zr3y6wnm2sw.onion --refresh"
currently work?
