subkeys.pgp.net broken

Hi,

two out of three servers of the subkeys.pgp.net rotation are broken at
the moment:  kjsl is fine, sks.ms.mff.cuni.cz gives connection refused,
and keyserver.bu.edu just times out.

Yaron and Roman, could you please check what's up with your servers?

Or maybe somebody could update the rotation to a working set of
keyservers?
