I took a snapshot of pgp.mit.edu's db on September 30th.  It is
available at http://pgp.mit.edu/snap-200609/ for anyone who wants to
merge it into their database.  Please note that the two keyring files
there are 1.6G and 1.2G, the database keeps growing.
