How to configure and run pks 0.9.6

Hi to all
i am new to the list and just got hold of your list 3 days back. i need to
run pks0.9.6 on my machine on windows. i am developing a frontend for gpg. i
have gpg 1.4.2 / gpg 1.4.5
can u pl tell me the following details:
1. dependencies for windows
2. how to go about after downloading the package .
3. which files to be modified ( basic steps with neccessary commands  which
many of you must be having already documented)
4. sample .conf file  please
i need your help a little urgency to meet my deadline of commitment to a
task given..
if it can't be run on windows can you pl answer the queries for establishing
this key server on linux platform
