[AVFS] Create a configure --enable-fuse option?

Has there been any thought to having the fuse directory included in the
configure routine? Currently, there is avfscoda and preload and library.
Avfscoda and preload don't work with kernels > 2.6.

I'm no configure.in expert. But the logic which could be applied would be

in pseudo-code

if enable-fuse is set then
  set enable-library
  make library 
  make fuse
fi

then the fuse directory would need a proper makefile created to replace
compile.sh. This way the whole

configure --enable-fuse
make
make install

would work for fuse.
