I would like to experiment with the avfscoda with linux kernel 2.6.
Could you then update the patch to avfs version 0.9.5?

Is there any other reason for not including it in the latest
avfs release, besides redir not working? If access to virtual
files works through /overlay, I think it should be usable
without redir and can be integrated in the next release.
