Can't build intersync-0.9.5-3 with kernel 2.4.24 on Debian GNU/Linux

Hi,
I'am trying to build intersync-0.9.5 on Debian GNU/Linux "sarge".
My kernel version is 2.4.24-3 from the kernel-image package (Debian=20
specific). It does not work with vanillia kernel version too :(
autoconf configure script is ok (I've installer all depenency with
auto-apt) but when I try to build the program I get this error :
