OpenAFS 1.5.37 released (Test Version for non-Windows platforms)

1.5.37 is a testing-only release, and not currently available for Windows.

For UNIX, Linux, and MacOS X the recommend production-ready release of
OpenAFS is 1.4.7. 
all AFS server versions.

A number of optimization which will be discussed at the AFS and Kerberos 
Best Practices Workshop are included here for testing.
