OpenAFS 1.4 Release Candidate 3 now available

The OpenAFS Gatekeepers are pleased to announce the availability of
OpenAFS version 1.4 Release Candidate 3.  Source files and currently
available binaries may be accessed via the web at:

     http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/candidate/1.4.0-rc3/

Please assist us by testing this release candidate and providing feedback.

The Windows XP client has several fixes related to handling of CellServDB 
and AFSDB DNS records, in addition to improved handling of certain errors.

The volserver has a fix to the audit logging.

Rx client-side applications will now correctly have an error state set 
when a connection's authentication expires.

The Linux client has a directory caching bug fix.
