OpenAFS 1.4.1 Release Candidate 7 now available

The OpenAFS Gatekeepers announce the availability of OpenAFS version
1.4.1 Release Candidate 7.  Source files and available binaries can be
accessed via the web at:

     http://www.openafs.org/dl/openafs/candidate/1.4.1-rc7/

or via AFS at:

     /afs/grand.central.org/software/openafs/candidate/1.4.1-rc7/

Major changes new to 1.4.1 from 1.4.0:

  - Support for MacOS X 10.4 (Tiger)

    Thanks to Chaskiel Grundman for the port.

Other changes:

* Windows:
   + A deadlock introduced in the last release candidate was fixed.

   + LogoffTransferToken functionality was disabled to prevent tokens from
     being improperly destroyed.

   + LogoffPreserveTokens functionality is fixed to destroy tokens or not
     regardless of how they were obtained based on setting.

   + Cellnames are treated in a case insensitive manner now.

   + The Network Provider will not query the profile location if integrated
     login is disabled.

  Unix: Issues have continued to be tracked and addressed, notably on MacOS

   + Many MacOS 10.4 issues have been addressed, several since the last
     candidate (again).

   + Substantial corrections to fileserver handling of clients, especially
     when the client changes IP addresses.
