Problems with XP SP2

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the list.

There seems to be an issue with 1.3.66 and Windows XP Service Pack 2 (RTM).
After installed 1.3.66 and rebooted the machine, I couldn't get past the
"Windows is starting up" screen.  I removed OpenAFS in safe mode and was
able to it boot normally.
