There is a fatal bug in 1.3.8200 which will cause unpleasant side
effects on platforms which do not have MIT Kerberos for Windows
installed. In particular, explorer.exe, winlogin.exe and other
tools can crash unexpectedly.

1.3.8201 containing the necessary one-line fix has been built
but is not yet released. Until the release occurs you can obtain
the new installers from:

	\\afs\athena.mit.edu\user\j\a\jaltman\Public\OpenAFS\
	/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/j/a/jaltman/Public/OpenAFS/
	http:\\web.mit.edu\jaltman\Public\OpenAFS\

I apologize for the inconvenience.
