Windows 7 64bit Error Assistance

Hello, I have previously used 1.5.9904 on a Windows XP 32 bit install and
have recently upgraded to a 64bit platform.  After installation and reboot
on my new system (on 1.7.1, 1.6.1, and 1.5.9904 64bit versions) the service
fails to start.  Looking at the afsd_init.log shows the following error
followed by the dump:

Has anyone had any experience getting OpenAFS working on a win7 64bit
install with this error?  I also get this error message when I try a
different method of starting the service "Error 0x0000042A".  Thanks!
