Yes and not. The server side works just fine. The client side does not work at all. I'm working on this now. It is unlikely that OpenAFS will ever work in the context of a jail. It is not clear what the results of applying MAC policies will be (AFS does not support labelled files, although it could with some protocol extensions.) -GAWollman
