[ogfs-dev]OGFS can repeatedly mount/unmount 2 nodes with ODLM lock module

Hi all,

I just want to announce that Stan just corrected the problem that was
keeping us from repeatedly mounting/unmounting OGFS with ODLM lock
module on 2 nodes (haven't tried it on more than that).

We've still got some work to do in the lock module ... I don't think
LVBs work the way OGFS expects (the calls are just stubbed out), and we
need to work out the orphan lock situation (post-journal-recovery
operations).

But repeated mount/unmount is a significant milestone.  Thanks, Stan!
