Hi all, I just checked in some changes to configure.ac and src/user/common/dlm_heartbeat.c that allow successful builds with both pre- and post- heartbeat 1.2.1, and adds a little bit of info to the summary at the end of the configure pass. It also includes the small change suggested by CA to support i586nocx8. It is based on Stan's config_buff.diff that he sent as an attachment in mail on 4/29. It's a bit of a hack, since I'm not very knowledgeable about configure.ac. I went ahead and checked it in, though, since it seems to make things better. If anyone knows a better way to do what needs to be done, let me know, and/or have at it yourself. Also, if anyone knows an easy way to get version numbers for both the heartbeat source code and the installed heartbeat libraries, I'd be interested in adding a warning or error if the versions are *different* from one another. -- Ben -- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by Sleepycat Software Learn developer strategies Cisco, Motorola, Ericsson & Lucent use to deliver higher performing products faster, at low TCO. http://www.sleepycat.com/telcomwpreg.php?From=osdnemail3
