FeedLint 0.9

FeedLint checks that your feeds can be downloaded, along with their
keys, implementations and (optionally) dependencies:

Changes since 0.8:

- Fixed test for local feeds to work on Windows too. Reported by Bastian Eicher.

- Do not use curses on Windows (Bastian Eicher).

- If signing key is not in keyring, download it instead of aborting.

- Allow local archives in local feeds (valid in 0install >= 2.3).

- Added --offline mode. This is mainly useful for testing FeedLint itself.

- Scan implementations in order (highest version first). It makes the
output easier to read.

- Allow app names as arguments. We use the interface URI from the
app's requirements.

- Error if feed contains duplicate IDs.
