Hi Björn, 0install.net is operated by Thomas Leonard. It contains information about the Linux/OS X version of Zero Install and a number of 0install-related tools (e.g. 0publish) and documentation for the feed format, etc.. This site is available in English only. 0install.de is operated by me, Bastian Eicher. It contains information about the Windows version of Zero Install, a catalog of feeds for Windows applications and a landing page for non-technical users. It also hosts a build server for both the Linux/OS X and Windows versions of Zero Install. This site is available in English and German. Perhaps we could merge these two sites in the long run.
