Thanks, it's trying to run win-bash.exe:

0compile autocompile test2.xml
...
CPPFLAGS=/Users/iljah/.local/share/0install.net/site-packages/file/Users__iljah__0inst-test__boost__boost.xml/1.59.0-x86_64/include
Executing:
[u'/Users/iljah/.cache/0install.net/implementations/sha1new=624fe11b4b9f88c1087ed915e2c66b07edaf62dd/win-bash.exe',
u'-c', u'"$@"', u'-', u'c++', u'/Users/iljah/0inst-test/test/test.cpp',
u'-o',
u'/private/var/folders/ff/m6cylxhd2csdz9fh62g3djtm0000gq/T/0compile-LEhq1A/test2-any-any/test']
[Errno 13] Permission denied

Also note for-each hasn't done anything, I tried replacing your local
0compile feed with my boost feed and
http://repo.roscidus.com/games/openttd, same result.

I only changed back to my local boost feed and local bash feed and got:

Executing:
[u'/Users/iljah/.local/share/0install.net/site-packages/file/Users__iljah__0inst-test__lfs__bash__bash.xml/4.3.30-x86_64/bin/bash',
u'-c', u'"$@"', u'-', u'c++', u'/Users/iljah/0inst-test/test/test.cpp',
u'-o',
u'/private/var/folders/ff/m6cylxhd2csdz9fh62g3djtm0000gq/T/0compile-5E6dEA/test2-any-any/test']

I'm using 0compile (zero-install) 1.0. Running with --verbose didn't
give additional clues as to why for-each seems to be ignored.
