I learned that you want LibOFX to be a generic layer for import/export of files. I did the same (resulting in AqBanking and multiple banking backends, importers and country/bank info plugins), so I know what you are talking about. But that's not the issue: If you want to create a new low level API (which there currently is IMHO, but that's where we differ), how do you want it to look like ? And don't you think this is too much work just to avoid adding three fields which are generally used across multiple applications and importers (and which are known through SWIFT documentation, and, on top of that are already available but obscured by LibOFX)? regards Martin -- "Things are only impossible until they're not" LibChipcard - http://www.libchipcard.de/ AqBanking - http://www.aquamaniac.de/aqbanking/ OpenHBCI - http://www.openhbci.de/ ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
