Patch against LibOFX-CVS for OFX Backend of AqBanking

Hi,

the following patch is needed to make the new backend work. It looks quite the 
same as the previous one did, but I moved the new fields to the bottom of the 
struct so that existing applications (which in most cases just use the 
account data struct via a pointer) will still work without recompiling.
