I'll also be happy to assist with the troubleshooting of the amd64 install. I'm on a gentoo distro, though, so I don't know how our systems will differ. The first thing I note is this: root@hb5 ~ # ls -la /usr/lib/libstdc++.so ls: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so: No such file or directory root@hb5 ~ # ls -la /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so ls: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so: No such file or directory What next?
