header designation

I updated my source tree from cvs about an hour ago, and tried to  
build it. I get:

if I change <libofx/libofx.h> to just <libofx.h> in both  
ofxpartner.cpp and ofxpartner.h, then the build completes. But if I then
ofxdump --list-import formats

I get a list of 4 lines, followed by a bus error.

I really don't understand file substitutions, so it may be obvious to  
you that I'm causing self-inflicted wounds...

Mac OS X 10.4.5, gcc 4.0.1, fink compiled OpenSP 1.5.1

I recently tried to compile libofx using a darwinports base, but had  
even more problems. I'll have to get back to that in a while, since  
the fink gnome install won't print for me (but darwinports based  
gnome does). Sigh.

I have successfully compiled and used libofx 0.8.1 as recently as  
January this year.
