bus error in ofxdump on Mac

There is something in the December 17 revision that causes ofxdump to  
fail under Mac OS X 10.4.5.

The Nov17 revision runs fine for me. If I add the 12/17 revision,  
ofxdump will end with a bus error after successfully responding to
ofxdump --list-import-formats

At this point, if I do: ofxdump dummyfile, I get:
Unable to open dummyfile: No such file or directory
and there is no bus error

So the first half of the file error fix works well. If I try  
commenting out the second half of that error handling routine, I  
still get a bus error. Should there be a third case there?

I also tried updating to the most recent version available last  
night, delete everything but the typo correction in the 12/17  
revision, changed the libofx.h include problem I have with the 1/21  
revision, and libofx builds and seems to work. I am having downstream  
problems with aqbanking, but they don't seem to be libofx related at  
the moment.
